Most Ukrainians support the de-occupation of all Ukrainian territories, and 5% support the continuation of the war in Russian territory.
The confidence of Ukrainians that victory in the war means the liberation of all state territories, including the occupied Crimea and Donbas, increased from 74% in March to 85% in November, according to the Rating group. At the same time, 9% favor the option of returning only the territories that Ukraine controlled until February 24, 2022. But no more than 5% support the continuation of hostilities on Russian territory. Support for the de-occupation of all Ukrainian territories without exception is more than 80% among representatives from all regions of the country. However, 8% voted for signing peace agreements with Russia to deter aggression. Moreover, most surveyed chose Ukraine’s accession to NATO and the nuclear disarmament of the Russian Federation as the best guarantees of security.
