More than 70% of Ukrainian companies plan to raise wages in 2022.

Most managers of Ukrainian companies (70.3%) plan to increase employee compensations in the next 12 months. Another 28.1% predict that salaries will remain at the current level, and only 1.6% plan to reduce wages, says an NBU report on Business expectations of Ukrainian enterprises. For the second quarter in a row, respondents forecast an increase in the number of employees at their enterprises and their salaries for the next 12 months, reported NBU.
