Milk production in Ukraine decreased by 5.9%.

In 2021, Ukraine produced 8.72M tons of milk (5.9% less than in 2020), announced ukrstat.gov. Agricultural enterprises delivered 2.75M tons of milk (0.4% less), and households – 5.97 million tons (8.2% less). The most significant amount of milk produced last year was in the Poltava region – 691.8 thousand tons (5.8% less than in 2020); in second place – Vinnytsia (684.9 thousand tons; 6.2% less); in third – the Khmelnytski (643.8 thousand tons; 1.2% less) region.
