Land reform in Ukraine needs to be improved.

On the 100-day anniversary of the land market, Ukrainian legislation lacks the last important link that will improve access to credit for small and medium farmers. For all Ukrainians to benefit from land reform, the Verkhovna Rada needs to pass a law on the Partial Guarantee Fund for Agriculture. Farmers want to protect their existing infrastructure investments, get working capital to grow their business.
