Kyivstar is considering abandoning 3G by 2025

and expects almost 25% penetration of 5G smartphones in Ukraine. Until 2025-2027, mobile operator Kyivstar may refuse to work with third-generation (3G) mobile communication technology to increase the efficiency of networks, said the company’s president Oleksandr Komarov.
