Kyiv customs in 2021 increased the cash flow to the state budget by 20%.

In 2021, entrepreneurs during the conduct of foreign economic operations in Kyiv customs paid to the State Budget of Ukraine UAH 138.4B ($4.9B) in customs payments. According to the State Customs Service of Ukraine (GTSU), the corresponding figure last year was exceeded by UAH 23.2B, which is a more than 20% increase. However, according to the head of the parliamentary committee on finance, tax, and customs policy, Daniil Hetmantsev, the state budget is still short about UAH 50B ($1.78B) a year from customs.
