The Ministry of Infrastructure plans to upgrade Kherson Airport with modern air navigation equipment and a new runway. “This will allow residents of the south of the country to increase their transport mobility within the country and gain access to international air transportation”, said First Deputy Minister of Infrastructure, Vasyl Shkurakov.
