July’s average monthly air temperature in Kyiv was 24.6°C (76°F), or 3.3°C (6°F) above the climatic norm,

according to data from the Borys Sreznevsky Central Geophysical Observatory. For more than half of the days in July – 17 — temperatures rose above 30°C (86°F). Four temperature records were set in July. Ten were set in June. Rain in July was 93% the norm.
