In Western Ukraine, an agricultural holding has opened a new processing plant and aims to enter export markets.

Agroprodservis has launched a new vegetable processing facility in the Velyko Berezovytska community (Ternopil region). The Babusi Marusi food factory will produce canned vegetables, pickles, and semi-finished products from vacuum-packed vegetables.

The enterprise already employs 26 people and plans to build a regular staff of about 50 employees. In the future, it will adopt modern technologies for production automation and target new markets, including those outside Ukraine. Agroprodservis operates in the Ternopil and Ivano-Frankivsk regions, cultivating around 45 hectares of land.

The holding owns grain elevators with a total capacity of 200,000 tons, as well as feed and seed plants. The company is also involved in poultry farming (two million birds), cattle breeding (about 6,000 head), and pig farming (60,000 pigs). Previously, it was reported that Bühler Ukraine signed a contract with Agroprodservice Corporation to build a feed mill with a capacity of 50 tons per hour, with construction planned to begin this year.
