– Ukrainians are allowed entry with a negative PCR-test taken no more than 72-hours before entry. With Ukraine’s new Covid cases down to 377 yesterday morning, the lowest level in a year, Albania and Montenegro do not requires tests of tourists arriving from Ukraine.
