How are some of the largest IT companies in Ukraine developing in wartime conditions?

Ukrainian IT company SoftServe increased its custom software development revenue by 30% in 2023 compared to December last year. 32% of this income comes from large clients, 27% from medium, and 41% from small clients.

SoftServe was named a challenger in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant 2023 report for the software development services industry. The report is based on the criteria of the supplier’s ability to perform the work and have a complete vision.

At the same time, since January 2022 the staff of the outsourcer GlobalLogic has decreased by more than 1,000 specialists – from 7,500 to less than 6,500 employees. The IT outsourcer currently has 575 projects, but according to a company representative, this figure is not a good indicator of the industry’s health. Indicators such as the number of people and the number of open positions are more telling dynamics.
