Germany promises Ukraine financial support, but not weapons.

 Germany does not plan to continue to provide Ukraine with armaments; however, it is ready to increase its economic and humanitarian aid, stated the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Annalena Baerbock, during her visit to Kyiv.
