Germany is offering Ukrainian businesses up to €1M for eco-modernization of their production.
The German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ) is launching a new grant program for Ukrainian businesses. Enterprises that want to implement their own production eco-modernization projects are invited to participate.
Grant support will provide co-financing for several projects with the implementation of the best available technologies by businesses – up to €1M for each project. The grant program aims to encourage Ukrainian businesses to eco-modernize even before the full-fledged launch of reforms to reduce and control industrial pollution in Ukraine.
At the same time, the town of Khust will receive more than €1M in grant funds to build more than three kilometers of sewage networks, restore several old sections, and carry out major repairs of its sewage pumping station. This is possible thanks to the project within the Interreg NEXT Poland-Ukraine 2021-2027 cross-border cooperation program.
