Launched into orbit were the main cargo, a 750 kg Pléiades Neo 3 satellite, four cubesats, and the Norsat-3 observation microsatellite for the Norwegian Space Agency. The engine was developed in Dnipro by Pivdenne Design Bureau and produced by Pivdenne Machine Building Plant.
