Founders of industrial parks are eligible to receive ₴150M from the state for infrastructure development.
The Ministry of Economy agreed to cooperate with Ukreximbank through the State Stimulation of the Creation of Industrial Parks program. Oschadbank and Ukrgazbank plan to join the program soon. The program allows owners of industrial parks and management companies to apply for state incentives in two directions.
Under the first direction, non-refundable financing is provided to arrange for industrial parks and construct the necessary engineering and transport infrastructure, including roads, communication lines, gas, water, and electricity supply. The second direction enables entrepreneurs and investors to receive compensation for the costs of connecting to engineering and transport networks.
The state budget provides ₴1B to support the development of industrial park infrastructure. Interested parks can claim up to ₴150M from the state through co-financing. The contracts will provide for applicants’ clear obligations to the state, particularly the commissioning of 5,000 square meters of industrial real estate within two years.
