Health Chief Maxim Stepanov in a recent press briefing. “Foreign citizens and stateless persons entering Ukraine will need a certificate certifying a negative PCR test result for coronavirus, regardless of the epidemiological situation in the country from which they have traveled. The test should be executed no more than 72 hours before entry,” according to announcements on a government website.
