Finance Ministry proposals for 2022 spending on health and education.

The Finance Ministry has proposed that spending on health care is budgeted at 4.5% of GDP, and at 7.2% on education. Deputy Finance Minister Roman Yermolychev has emphasized the need to improve the efficiency of the use of funds not only in medicine but also in education.
