Finance Ministry is preparing a bill on indirect methods of determining income in 2021.

It might be ready for submission to the Verkhovna Rada by the end of 2021, Finance Minister Serhiy Marchenko says. He acknowledges the introduction of indirect methods for identifying income was a condition set by the International Monetary Fund (IMF) regarding the launch of a voluntary income declaration system.
