Farmers from Ukraine have started buying and renting land in Poland: how much does a hectare cost?

Because of the favorable conditions for farming, demand for land in Poland is growing among Ukrainian farmers. Land prices in Poland vary significantly depending on the region, purpose, and other factors. The cost of land in the country ranges from €2,500 to €50,000 per hectare, the average price is about €10,000- €20,000.

According to market participants, demand for Polish land among Ukrainian farmers is growing due to favorable farming conditions and access to the European market.

As for renting agricultural land, prices in Poland range from €600 to €1,400 per hectare per year. The final rental price is influenced by factors such as location, land quality, and available infrastructure. However, when purchasing land for agricultural purposes, it is necessary to consider the need to comply with Polish legislation.
