The Ukrainian government has difficulties keeping Ministers in its Cabinet. It has been 3 months since more than half of the Ministers in the current government were fired, and we see the same scenario being played out again. This is not the way to run a stable government and undertake long-awaited economic and legal reforms. Any new Minister does not get a chance to understand their duties, undertake the role, let alone achieve results. If the President has not been able to work this out and get his house in order, he has a high chance of failing. Politics and governing are not popularity contests. The rules that apply here have very little to do with likes, but results.
