Developers needed for e-certification services for seafarers.

As part of the USAID / UK aid TAPAS project, which The Ukrainian Ministry of Infrastructure supports, a tender has been announced to identify contractors in developing electronic services in the field of seafarers’ certification. The winners of this tender will create a system for digitizing the processes of assessing seafarers’ competence and issuing them qualification documents as well. The tender winner will also envisage the development of e-services in the field of seafarers’ diplomacy on the Diia portal.
