Delivery Hero, Glovo’nun çoğunluk hissesini satın aldı.

Alman gıda dağıtım grubu Delivery Hero, İspanyol dağıtım uygulaması Glovo’nun %39,4 hissesini almak için bir anlaşma imzaladı. Şirket şu anda seyreltilmemiş olarak Glovo hisselerinin yaklaşık %43.8’ine sahiptir. Şirket, işlemin Glovo’yu belirli ayarlamalardan önce tamamen seyreltilmiş ve borçsuz olarak 2,3 milyar € değerinde olacağını söyledi. Reuters, Glovo’nun mevcut marka ve platformlarıyla mevcut yönetimleri altında faaliyetlerine devam edeceğini bildirdi.
