Britain will provide Ukraine with a new $286M military aid package; Belgium will not be able to deliver its promised F-16s.

Britain will allocate additional military equipment to Ukraine worth £225M ($286M) to support it in the war against Russia. The new package includes:
- £92M to support the navy
- £68M for air defense equipment
- £26M for spare parts and maintenance of previously delivered systems
- £39M for the supply of more than 1,000 electronic warfare systems for use against drones, along with other means of protection
In addition, Britain will continue to provide military training for Ukrainian servicemen. London may also send its troops to Ukraine to help train the Ukrainian military.
However, Belgium will not be able to deliver the previously promised F-16s to Ukraine by the end of 2024. Among the reasons are a lack of spare parts and trained Ukrainian pilots and delays in the delivery of F-35s to replace Belgium’s F-16s.
