Britain will provide Ukraine with a hundred high-precision Brimstone missiles and the Netherlands contributes an additional Patriot system.

The new UK Defense Secretary, John Healey, promised to support Ukraine in the Russian war during his visit to Odesa. After meeting with President Zelenskyy, Healey announced a new military aid package that includes 250,000 rounds of 50-caliber ammunition, 90 Brimstone anti-tank missiles, 50 small military boats, 40 demining machines, 10 AS-90 artillery guns, 61 bulldozers, and support for previously provided AS-90 self-propelled guns, which will help Ukraine launch another 60,000 155-mm shells.

Healey also gave his assurance that delivery of the package of military aid promised in April will be accelerated and arrive in Ukraine, in full, within the next 100 days.

Simultaneously, the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands in Kyiv said that, together with its partners, the country will provide Ukraine with an additional Patriot anti-aircraft missile complex to strengthen Ukraine’s air defense. The Netherlands has also allocated €2M for forensic investigations and identification of bodies.
