BigData will be launched in Ukraine for quality management decisions in the public sector.

The Ministry of Digital Transformation will become a pilot state body on which the Government BI (GBI) analytical system will be tested. After the completion of beta testing, the project is planned to be scaled to other central executive authorities.

It is noted that the GBI project will enable state bodies to quickly collect masses of information and analyze it for consideration when making decisions. GBI will help officials process data and, through the prism of analytics, will indicate an optimal direction in given situations and how a certain decision will affect state development indicators and people’s well-being. The system will use artificial intelligence tools.

At the final stages of project implementation, the development of Big Data institutes is planned, which will develop an open data system where all information from state bodies will be integrated. The State Statistics Service is involved in developing and implementing the project.
