Assets of another bankrupt bank were put up for sale in Ukraine.

Assets belonging to Bank Sich are scheduled for an online auction on June 6. Assets are being put up for sale for the first time, the Deposit Guarantee Fund noted.

It is specified that the total debt under the contract is UAH 22M. At the same time, land plots with an area of almost 0.9 hectares and a shopping and entertainment complex with an area of nearly 13,400 square meters were transferred as security under the credit agreement. All pledged objects are located in the suburbs of Kyiv. On three floors of the shopping center there are shops with stores selling home goods, furniture, decorative elements, etc.

The initial price of the lot is UAH 22M. On August 10, 2022, Bank Sich was placed under temporary administration after it was declared insolvent.
