ArcelorMittal Construction is investing €40M in the production of construction materials to rebuild Ukraine.
ArcelorMittal Construction, the world leader in construction solutions, will build a modern production facility in Ukraine to support restoration works with an investment of €40M. Through its subsidiary ArcelorMittal Construction Germany, it plans to launch a modern production facility in Kyiv, specializing in producing modern profiles and insulation panels using environmentally friendly materials. The new plant will create more than 100 jobs.
“These innovative construction solutions meet the diverse needs of facades and roofs in the industrial, commercial, logistics, and agri-food sectors and are aimed at revitalizing the post-conflict economic and infrastructural landscape of Ukraine,” the company said.
The UkraineInvest team will advise ArcelorMittal Construction on doing business in Ukraine, facilitate communication between the investor’s representatives and government authorities at all levels, and support solving problems that the investor may face while doing business in Ukraine.
