An Israeli software developer absorbed the Ukrainian company Mergewave Capital and is looking for other outsourcers.
Mergewave Capital signed an agreement with Israel IT, a well-known software developer with offices in Lviv and Ivano-Frankivsk. Mergewave Capital became the M&A representative for the Israeli IT company.
In the future, Israel IT plans to acquire several more IT companies, including those in the Ukrainian market. According to a representative from Israel IT, various options are being considered, including a 100% takeover. However, the main working model is acquiring a controlling share (50% or more) of several IT companies. At the same time, the heads of the companies being acquired can remain in top management.
As well, Israel IT is open to buying the remaining shares of any company in the next 3-5 years based on s market valuation increase stemming from rising profits.
