Alterra Group plans to build seven industrial parks after it completes one in Lviv.

The development company Alterra Group, which is currently implementing the Formatsia.Lviv industrial park project, intends to build a network of seven such parks, the company’s top manager, Olena Podolska, said during the Ukrainian Automotive and Mobility Forum 2024.

“Our first park will be in Lviv, then we will go to Rivne, there will be two in Kyiv, then we will return to the western region – Ivano-Frankivsk, Vinnytsia and Khmelnytskyi,” she added.

Podolska noted that several local manufacturers plan to open 10,000-square-meter facilities in Formatsia.Lviv, particularly a USP sandwich panel manufacturer.

In addition, the owner of Luaz Motors, which is implementing a project to create a light electric car, the LUAZ, and plans to scale it, announced its interest in placing its production in the park.

Alterra Group is building 150,000 square meters of production, warehouse, and office space in Formatsia.Lviv. The park’s first phase is scheduled to be commissioned in the first quarter of 2025.
