All purchases with World Bank funds in Ukraine can now be made through Prozorro.

The World Bank has approved using the Prozorro platform for all projects it finances in Ukraine. The Prozorro e-procurement system can be used for national (up to €5M) and international (from €5M) tender procedures.

Following the recommendations of the World Bank, the new Prozorro procedure allows offers from participants in different currencies to be accepted, considering offers in stages, and choosing the winner based not only on price criterion. So that various development banks and international organizations could use the Prozorro system, the state enterprise Prozorro specially developed a procedure for donor purchases based on the designer principle.

The position of the World Bank is that all purchases financed by the World Bank for the reconstruction of Ukraine are recommended to be carried out in Prozorro.
