Akhmetov calls for unity in the face of threat and announces an advance UAH 1B tax payment.

 Businessman Rinat Akhmetov, the owner of the SCM group, calls for the unity of government, business, and citizens of Ukraine and announced that SCM has paid taxes in advance in the amount of UAH 1B ($35M). “I have repeatedly said, and repeat again, that our common goal is a strong, peaceful, independent, and integral Ukraine within the borders recognized by international law. Everyone in his area must do everything to strengthen the country,” said Akhmetov. The SCM group includes DTEK, Metinvest Holding, PUMB, Lemtrans, ASKA, and a few other companies.
