After the recent massive attacks on Ukraine, Trump criticized Putin’s actions and warned of Russia’s “fall.”

US President Donald Trump has finally criticized the Russian president, labeling him as “absolutely crazy” and cautioning that an attempt to take all of Ukraine would result in the “fall” of Russia. Previously, Trump also expressed outrage at Putin’s actions and mentioned that he was considering introducing new sanctions.
“I don’t know what happened to Putin. I’ve known him for a very long time. But he’s sending missiles into cities, killing people, and I don’t like it,” Trump remarked.
US Special Representative for Ukraine Keith Kellogg also condemned the Russian strikes on Ukraine, emphasizing that they violate the Geneva Protocols, which protect civilian lives.
Meanwhile, US Republican Congressman Don Bacon urged negotiations with Russia be abandoned and that the US move toward more decisive actions, particularly by arming Ukraine heavily, imposing maximum sanctions against Russia, and seizing $300B in Russian assets.
German Foreign Minister Johann Wadephul called on the EU to intensify its sanctions against Moscow, pointing out that Russia’s actions reveal its intention to continue the war.
Also, EU High Representative Kaja Kallas asserted that the strongest international pressure on Russia is necessary to halt the war, responding to the Russian attacks.
EU Ambassador to Ukraine Katarina Mathernova stressed that Putin understands only the language of force, asserting that Russia continues to undermine the US’ peace efforts.
