said Alexis Delaroff, the Director General of Accor New East Europe (Interfax-Ukraine). Ibis Lviv and Ibis & Adagio Kyiv are to open next year, and Novotel Lviv is to follow in 2023. “Accor is already the largest international operator in Ukraine,” Delaroff said. “Odesa, Dnipro, and other cities are also interesting to us. We are constantly looking for new projects and partners.”
