A shopping and hotel complex spanning over 4,500 square meters is set to open in a resort town in the Lviv region.

The new Park complex, featuring more than 4,500 square meters of space, will be located in Truskavets. Plans include several restaurants, a large grocery market, a spa, clothing and other household goods stores, an entertainment area, and an extended stay apartment hotel. Centrally situated in Truskavets, the complex is near the Adamivka resort park and the central pump room. Construction is expected to be completed and the complex opened to visitors by the end of 2025.

The first and second floors will accommodate a supermarket and boutiques; the third will contain several hotel apartments and a spa; the fourth will feature a cafe, restaurant, and entertainment area, while the fifth floor will consist solely of hotel apartments. The building itself is already erected, the facade is being installed, interior finishing work is ongoing, and escalators are being installed.

In addition to the upcoming Park complex, several small-format shopping centers are currently operating in Truskavets. The largest among them, the Vector, opened in 2023 and covers around 9,000 square meters.
