reports the Sea Ports Administration. Too large for the Suez or Panama canals, the mammoth ships were largely taking iron ore from Ukraine, around South Africa’s Cape of Good Hope, to Asian markets. The vessels were loaded with a total of 788,200 tons of iron ore.
