A new wind power plant will be built in the Poltava region.

DTEK Renewables has started pre-design works for the Poltavska Wind Power Plant (WPP), which will be in the Hlobyne town community in the Poltava region. The company noted that they continue to strengthen Ukraine’s energy security during the war.

DTEK Renewables purposefully and consciously goes to this region because it is energy-deficient, and a powerful power plant is essential here.

“Electricity from the Poltava wind power plant will give impetus to the region’s rapid development”, the private energy company is convinced.

It should be noted that in May, DTEK Renewables successfully launched a new wind power plant in the Mykolaiv region. This project became the world’s first wind power plant built during a war.
