A new stage of judicial reform by President Zelensky.

The President welcomed the current composition of the Ethics Council, which is designed to establish a candidate’s compliance for a member of the High Council of Justice with professional ethics and integrity criteria. Thus, despite considerable resistance, we managed to begin the most crucial stage of the changes I initiated in the judiciary. The formation of virtuous High Council of Justice and High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine will help restore Ukrainians’ trust in the court and ensure further cleansing of the system, Zelensky stressed.
