A new shopping mall is set to be built in the Lviv region, while JYSK enhances its stores’ efficiency.

In the Lviv region, near the entrance to the city of Vynnyky, plans are underway to construct a large shopping mall that will feature a supermarket, various shops, food outlets, a children’s play area, a modern hall for large events, a spacious parking area, and more.
Currently, facilities of this sort are lacking in the city, prompting Vynnyky residents to visit shopping malls in Lviv and Sokilnyky. The shopping mall will occupy an approximately 1-hectare plot. Construction is scheduled to begin in six months, with an anticipated opening in the second half of 2027.
Concurrently, JYSK, the international furniture retail chain, has reopened a newly renovated store in Kamianets-Podilskyi, in the Khmelnytskyi region. This retail outlet has been fully reconfigured in line with the 3.0 Compact concept, allowing for more efficient use of retail space. The store’s dimensions remains unchanged, with a retail area of 845 square meters and a warehouse area of 213 square meters. JYSK operates stores in Kyiv, Lviv, and Gatne (Kyiv region) that use the company’s Compact format.
