A New Economic passport for Ukrainians by December 10 was announced by the

President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky. “By December 10 this year, for the first time in the history of our independence, I am introducing a bill on the economic passport of Ukrainians”, said the President during his annual address to the Parliament of Ukraine. “All funds and fees for using the Ukrainian subsoil will be accumulated in the personal accounts of children of Ukrainian citizens”, he said.
