A €110M industrial park for the production of bioethanol and biogas is being constructed in the Ternopil region.

The construction of the BIO-LAN industrial park is currently underway in the Lanivtsi urban territorial community of Ternopil. The future park, for which registration documents have already been submitted to the Ministry of Economy, is expected to create over 200 jobs, attract €110M in investment, and generate ₴7M in revenue for the local budget annually.

The industrial park’s purpose is to enhance grain processing capabilities and stimulate the development of alternative energy sources in the region. The primary focus of the BIO-LAN park is the processing industry, specifically bioethanol and biogas production. Plans include the construction of office, retail, production, warehouse, and engineering premises.

Currently, the construction of the main engineering and transport infrastructure, an elevator complex, and warehouse buildings with an oil transfer station is in progress, along with the reconstruction of the administrative building and the establishment of the main bioethanol and biogas production facilities.

Currently, four industrial parks are registered in the Ternopil region, and three more are expected to be developed by the end of the year.
