With question marks hanging over green tariffs after Dec. 31, 2019, “the whole industry is under threat of stopping,” Alexei Orzhel, chairman of the Ukrainian Association of Renewable Energy, tells UNIAN. Marina Petrov, the EBRD’s deputy director for energy, supports the bill, saying: “This is a modern way of financing green energy.
