The Netherlands and Finland have prepared new military aid packages for Ukraine totaling €318M.

The Netherlands will provide Ukraine with 100 drone detection radar systems and 20 medical evacuation vehicles as part of a new €175M aid package, said Dutch Defense Minister Ruben Brekelmans. The drone detection radars will enable timely detection of enemy drones and transmission of their coordinates to Ukraine’s air defense. The deliveries are scheduled to be completed by the end of 2025. Additionally, €80M of the announced amount will be used to support Ukraine through the international drone coalition.

Brekelmans emphasized that the new package is a logical continuation of the previously agreed-upon €500M deal with the Ukrainian defense industry to produce 600,000 drones. Since the start of the full-scale Russian invasion, the Netherlands has committed to providing Ukraine with approximately €10B in military aid.

Meanwhile, Finland is preparing to approve its 29th military aid package for Ukraine, valued at €143M. This will include supplies from Finnish industry ordered under the Ukraine support program that was launched earlier in 2025. The total military assistance Finland has provided so far amounts to €2.8B.
