The Ukrainian hotel market is experiencing a revival, with regions exceeding pre-war occupancy and prices.

According to hotel analytics service HotelMatrix, in the first quarter of 2025 the average daily rate (ADR) for Ukrainian hotels in major tourist regions showed record growth.

Hotel prices in Kyiv continue to rise due to high demand for international and business events. In the first three months of the year, costs increased: in January to ₴2,552 (+14%), in February to ₴2,590 (+17%), and in March to ₴2,548 (+15%). In Lviv, hotels are experiencing an increasing average room rate trend. In the first quarter, it grew by approximately 11% compared to the same period in 2024. Hotels in Odesa are experiencing a higher growth rate than in Lviv. The increase in room prices fluctuated between 21-24%.

The standout for growth was the Ivano-Frankivsk region. The surge in hotel prices in Bukovel within one month reached 70% due to high demand: January – to ₴9,720 (+30%), February – to ₴7,774 (+69%), and March – to ₴5,458 (+29%).
