Without US assistance, Ukraine can resist Russia for at least six months.

If the US administration decides to withdraw its support, Ukraine will be able to fight for another six months, according to Kyiv’s assessment.
“This is probably true. The war is increasingly evolving into a conflict dominated by robots and drones, and Ukraine has emerged as a global leader in the development of the latter,” the FT noted.
Furthermore, government adviser Mustafa Nayem states that the loss of American equipment would be a “significant but not critical” event. Kyiv authorities are more concerned that the US may stop providing intelligence, but Ukrainian officials “do not view this as likely.”
Meanwhile, the ISW has pointed out that halting American assistance significantly boosts Russia’s chances of victory.
“The Russian Federation could exploit this situation to seize more territory and escalate pressure on Ukraine. This would not only bring Russia closer to victory, but also embolden its ruler, Putin, by reinforcing his belief in achieving his strategic objectives, including control over Ukraine and other former Soviet republics, some of which are current NATO member states,” the report states.
