The US has approximately $4B in unused military assistance that could have been sent to Ukraine; Norway allocates the most significant aid amount in its history.

The Biden administration failed to use about $4B in aid for Ukraine that has been provided within various support packages. The next US president, Donald Trump, and his team will further manage these funds.

Also, in 2025 Norway will allocate more than €2B, the largest amount in the country’s history, to support the Ukrainian military and will continue to purchase arms and ammunition from the Ukrainian defense industry.

As well, Canada will provide an additional CAD 400M ($305M) that will be used in part to purchase artillery shells and produce UAVs in Ukraine for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

At the same time, drones from Lithuanian manufacturers, which were supposed to be delivered to Ukraine by the end of 2024, are still in warehouses in Lithuania due to bureaucratic obstacles.

Also, Spain announced training courses for Ukrainian military personnel, and Britain and other NATO countries will transfer 30,000 FPV drones worth $55.3M to Ukraine.

Finally, following the most recent Ramstein” meeting, Ukraine will receive $2B in aid.
