Ukraine carried out a raid on the Tendra Spit in the Black Sea and captured several settlements in the Kursk region.

On August 6, soldiers from the Main Directorate of Intelligence raided the Tendra Spit in the Black Sea. Ukrainian special forces destroyed enemy armored vehicles, an electronic warfare complex, and fortifications.

Russian propaganda media reports that the Ukrainian army launched a raid in the Kursk region on August 6. As a result of the attack, Russian forces have lost 11 settlements in the Kursk region as of August 7, and 60 soldiers were captured.

A Russian military blogger, Rybar, reported that the Ukrainian military had established control over a gas transit station near the border, which is the only one through which gas from Russia flows to Ukraine and then to Europe.

According to Ukrainian soldiers, Ukrainian forces are moving closer to the Kursk Nuclear Power Plant, which is only 40 miles away.

A member of the Bundestag, a German military expert, believes that Ukraine’s actions in the Kursk region will relieve pressure on the front because Russia will be forced to keep its troops in this region and reinforce them by withdrawing forces from other locations.
