A Ukrainian company plans to raise $8M to construct a processing plant for demolition waste.

Agroholding KSG Agro has developed a project to construct a new plant for sorting, processing, and disposing of the consequences of destruction in the Kherson region.

The planned implementation period of the project is 2.5 years, the total construction budget is $8M. Of this, $1.8M will be allocated to constructing a workshop with a sorting line for the preparation of this waste for further processing. Another $5.5M is set aside for a workshop to produce finished products (gray and colored paving slabs and pressed blocks).

The project will be implemented in two stages, as explained by KSG Agro top manager Serhiy Kasyanov. The first is a sorting line because different materials will be processed: brick, concrete, metal, etc. The final product will be crushed stone, which can then be used in construction. The second stage will produce blocks using a pressing method, such as aerated concrete frames for construction or tiles that can be used in reconstruction.

Currently, the company is looking for international investors.
