Since the start of the full-scale invasion, the labor market has recovered by 93% in terms of vacancies.

Work.ua research shows that Ukrainians prefer to work remotely. At the same time, after the start of the full-scale invasion, the number of telecommuting vacancies decreased four times. However, in January 2024 there were already 3% more remote work offers than in January 2022. However, the average competition for remote work increased by 63%.

Over the past two years, the average salary has increased by 30%. The trend is recorded in all regions of the country. In absolute terms, residents of the Kyiv region have the highest income, but salary growth here is the slowest (20%).
