A Ukrainian investment company will build three new hotels in the Carpathians and Vinnytsia.
Hotel operator Ribas Hotels Group, together with Ama Family Resort, is starting three new projects in Polyanytsia (Bukovel), Yablunytsia (Ivano-Frankivsk region), and Vinnytsia. A seven-story, five-star hotel with 143 rooms is planned to be built in Polyanytsia.
Plans are also in place to construct an authentic cottage town, PÓTAY, in Yablunytsia, in the Ivano-Frankivsk region. The project will be developed jointly with the architectural and construction company COSMOSin. There will be 63 rooms in 47 cottages. According to the founder and CEO of Ama Family Resort, Ihor Ilchishen, the PÓTAY cottage town will be completed in the second quarter of 2025.
Construction of the hotel in Bukovel will begin in the spring of 2024, and its commissioning is scheduled for the second quarter of 2027.
A five-story apartment hotel, WOL, with 78 rooms will be constructed in the center of Vinnytsia. Construction will start in the winter of 2024 and is planned to be completed in the third quarter of 2025.
