The Kyiv region increases its grain storage capacity, and the Donetsk region agricultural sector has been revived.

The Kyiv region put the first elevator into operation, with a total storage volume of 12,000 tons.

Meanwhile, 23 livestock enterprises are currently operating in Donetsk region. Eight enterprises are working in the pig breeding field with 190,000 heads. This is much less than before the war but 60% more than last year (+49,000). Eight enterprises are currently operating in the dairy industry, which keep 8,500 heads of cattle.

Also, there is now only one enterprise that produces eggs in the Donetsk region. This year, the gross production of eggs was 6.6 million, and the chicken count was 624,000. This is also about 80% less than before the war, but when compared with 2022, the chicken population has increased by 50%.
